Shen Huan has an idea, that is, to get out the lean shipbuilding model that came out of the foot basin country in advance, so that Jiangnan Changxing is the first to eat crabs, this model breaks the boundary between the cutting workshop and the segmented workshop, and the marine plates, profiles and pipes are directly cut and processed in the workshop according to the component assembly, plane and surface sectional cutting, and then continuously provided to the component assembly and segmented assembly line, which greatly shortens the time for stacking and material management, reduces the product inventory, and has quality problems.
It can also be fed back to the previous process very quickly.
The biggest problem is that the inventory is chaotic and the quality feedback is too slow, resulting in the production process being disrupted, resulting in low production efficiency.
