Introduction:
I walked alone on the Lethe River, watching one soul after another board the ship and leave or return. The wails of the hungry ghosts in the river are endless, the flowers on the other side are still scarlet as blood, and the Meng Po soup is still dull and tasteless. However, none of this can touch my heartstrings because I am a cursed shrine maiden. Bearing a curse since I was a child, I spent countless days and nights on the banks of this Lethe River. My existence seems to be just an ornament of fate, witnessing the reincarnation and sorrow of the soul. When night falls, the stories of those souls come flooding in, but they never reach my heart. Because I know it's all meant to be. Although the curse bound me like a shackle, I never gave up on finding a way to be liberated. On the side of Lethe, I met many like-minded souls, whose stories of sorrow and joy, life and death were intertwined, adding color to my life. However, the road to true salvation is still long and difficult. In this water full of sorrow, I learned to be strong and brave, and gradually understood the true meaning of life. Despite being trapped by the curse, I still longed for freedom and hope, and looked forward to the day when I could break free and usher in a bright future of my own.
